Abstract

The present study aims to analyze the satisfaction of outsourced workers regarding the main factors that interfere in their quality of life at work and more specifically sought to identify the main environmental, behavioral and work factors that interfere in quality of life, satisfaction Of outsourcers faced with these factors, as well as identifying the motivational elements of outsourced work. The research was carried out through a questionnaire, with open questions and directed to the quality of life of the outsourced. The interviews took place with the authorization of the company and were carried out at the construction site during the working day. A total of 12 outsourced workers and five project managers were interviewed at a construction company in the city of Cocal do Sul (SC). Through a qualitative analysis of the interviews, it was possible to verify that outsourced workers have a lower quality of life than contracted employees Despite this evidence, outsourcers feel satisfied and fulfilled by their activities, especially for what they consider to receive good remuneration and flexibility of work.
