Abstract

This study aims, in particular, to analyze the social actions developed by an NGO from the South of Brazil called the Interagency Network Vilson Groh (IVG). The research is configured as an exploratory study, with a qualitative approach and in the form of a case study, with data collected through an in - depth personal interview and documentary survey in the Inter - institutional Network Vilson Groh (IVG), located in Florianópolis city / SC. According to the results obtained in the research, by creating conditions for recognition, empowerment and social inclusion, generators of individual and collective emancipation, the social actions carried out in the Inter-institutional Network Vilson Groh (IVG) are in line with the precepts guiding social innovations.
