COMUNIDADES DE PRÁTICAS COM FOCO NA INOVAÇÃO: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Resumo


Empresas se preocupam em inovar continuamente, e para isso buscam práticas e processos que as diferenciem no mercado de atuação, e que gerem um valor agregado em produtos ou serviços. O conhecimento é um fator que impacta essas práticas e processos, e comunidades de prática podem facilitar o seu compartilhamento, havendo sugestões na literatura sobre seu potencial para apoiarem processos de inovação. Há, no entanto, poucas publicações a respeito. Este artigo vem a cobrir essa lacuna ao analisar como as comunidades de práticas se relacionam com a inovação. O trabalho contribui com a literatura sobre CoP’s e inovação ao trazer especificidades e características de comunidades inovadoras. Os resultados apontam que membros de tais comunidades se caracterizam por serem empreendedores, questionadores e flexíveis a intervenções externas, por manterem contatos internos e externos à organização e por fazerem parte de grupos compostos por integrantes com formações em diferentes áreas.
