Abstract

The article aims to critically evaluate whether Brazilians have access to Basic Education and whether they attend Basic Education. It also refers to essential
rights and guarantees the changes that Education has undergone throughout history. Furthermore, we analyze whether the public entity is fulfilling its role. The research presented will reflect on the Principle of Human Dignity, especially the fundamental right to Education. Thus, we used the deductive method and a literature review involving specializing authors in the subject, according to the standards ABNT of Centro Universitário de Brusque - UNIFEBE manual.
